In May 4, Dorians Challenge launches Challenge Me Fit, a 6-week workout challenge that can be used as your main weekly workout or in addition to your weekly fitness regime.

Weekly workouts will be accompanied by a short video demonstrating the exercises. Videos will be published on our web page under the category ‘Challenge Me Fit’, in our Facebook page as well as our YouTube channel.
