About the Standards

ISO 9001 is the International Standard for Quality Management Systems and it is one of the most commonly used management tools across the world.

ISO 9001 is designed to help organisations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders, by having a framework in place that helps ensure consistent quality in the provision of goods and/or services.

The standard uses a process approach and is based on quality management principles, which include having a strong customer focus, the involvement of top management, and a drive for continual improvement.

ISO 14001:2015 specifies the requirements for an environmental management system that an organization can use to enhance its environmental performance. ISO 14001:2015 is intended for use by an organization seeking to manage its environmental responsibilities in a systematic manner that contributes to the environmental pillar of sustainability.

The EU Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS) is a premium management instrument developed by the European Commission for companies and other organisations to evaluate, report, and improve their environmental performance.
