Greek Pitta & Arla Cottage Cheese

An easy to prepare snack, high in protein.

 

Yield: One (1)

Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

      • 1 Greek pitta
      • 150g Arla Cottage Cheese
      • ½ cucumber, sliced
      • 1 spoon olive oil
      • Dried oregano

Method:

      • Spread Arla Cottage Cheese over the toasted Greek pitta
      • Serve Arla Cottage Cheese to a bowl and top with the egg, the avocado and the olives
      • Add oregano, grinded pepper, salt or other preferred herbs
