On Friday, 27 September 2019 we have organised in Platres, Limassol, a private team building event for the staff of the Cyprus University of Technology.
The event was organised with the aim of enhancing the team skills, increasing motivation and collaboration, improving productivity, developing problem-solving skills, encouraging creativity and improving communication among the academic and the business staff of the University.
The cooperation involved the design and development of event concept, the setup of a 400-meter-long course with 10 team-oriented activities as well as the management and monitoring of the teams.
According to the University’s HR Department, the event has been a total success with many benefits being realised soon after the event.
