Arla Cottage Cheese & Smoked Salmon Toast

- 100g Arla Cottage Cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- ½ tbsp dried oregano
- 1 large size wholegrain slice bread
- 70-100g smoked salmon
- Few rocket leaves
- ½ tbsp lemon zest

Method:

- Put Arla cottage cheese, the chopped parsley, dried oregano, and the lemon zest in a bowl and mix the ingredients
- Spread the cottage cheese blend on the toasted slice bread
- Top with the smoked salmon and the rocket leaves
