Arla Cottage Cheese & Smoked Salmon Toast

A delicious morning or afternoon snack high in protein, fibers and omega-3 fats. 

Servings: One toast

Prep time: 7 minutes

Ingredients:

      • 100g Arla Cottage Cheese
      • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
      • ½ tbsp dried oregano
      • 1 large size wholegrain slice bread
      • 70-100g smoked salmon
      • Few rocket leaves
      • ½ tbsp lemon zest

Method:

      • Put Arla cottage cheese, the chopped parsley, dried oregano, and the lemon zest in a bowl and mix the ingredients
      • Spread the cottage cheese blend on the toasted slice bread
      • Top with the smoked salmon and the rocket leaves
