Ingredients:

- 2 overripe, large bananas
- 6 tbsp peanut butter
- 8 full spoons of oats
- 500g of Arla Protein Milk Drink 50% Less Sugar (Vanilla, Chocolate or Strawberry Flavour)

- Blend the oats until a fine powder forms
- Add the other ingredients and blend until smooth
- Pour into large glasses, add some ice, and enjoy
