Arla Protein Crepes
A healthy, high in protein and sweet desert.

Ingredients:

- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup Arla Protein Milk Drink 50% Less Sugar (Chocolate Flavored)
- 50g butter

Method:

- In a bowl, create a well with flour then add eggs, slowly whisking them into flour
- Gradually add in Arla Protein Milk, whisking to combine after each addition. Let mixture stand at room temperature for 30 to 40

- In a non-stick pan over medium heat, melt butter. About 1/4 cup at a time, drop crepe mixture evenly onto pan, swirling it to evenly coat.
- Cook 2 minutes, then flip and cook 1 minute more. Repeat with remaining mixture

- Serve crepes with your favourite healthy toppings (sliced seasonal fruits, grinded whole wheat biscuits, honey etc.)
